I recently had an unusual issue with my Skoda Enyaq, (first issue in 4 years it has to be said), but Frances and the team at Liam Lynch were excellent in finding a solution. Fantastic professional (& courteous ) customer service. As well as Ireland, I have lived in the UK, US, Australia and have unfortunately experienced very poor, 'uncaring' (& sometimes expensive 'ripped off') customer service at various times from main dealerships over the past 25 years, in each of those countries, hence why it's very much appreciated when I encounter quite the opposite.
